Dark Ocean

water

the mermaid
musings from the ocean mystic

Last night I dreamt I was a mermaid.

My heart was the echo of the sea

My breath was the wind, and my touch was the soft sand floor

I was purity and beauty as only the sea can be...

My skin was luminous, shinning a mussel’s inner shell

My eyes were wide and deep, mysterious and as green as the sea

My dark hair swam gracefully, wrapping my face

Kelp swirling softly in a wave.

My wrists and neck were adorned,

Woven sea grass crowned with shimmering oyster shells, dancing and clacking as I dove.

My voice, it whispered

It whispered like crystal, a twilight birdsong calling the stars in for a show

It whispered words and sighs

Whispers that dripped jewels off my tongue

Whispered meditation love songs to the sea.

To the sea to the sea to the sea.

I splashed my tail in pearl swirls that hit the sea foam and caused it to curl

I rose with it

I beckoned the seals and laughed with the swooping raven

I was swept into solitude with the eagle

I floated and slept.

Fervour. Dreams. Erotic breath.

They came to me in my dream.

I was the sea, I was the dance, I was the salt and the power and her blood

Deep, deep, deep in the depth of the night I dove purposely through the water

Swimming in the moonlight and floating on the breeze

My lips tasted the cool salt of my ocean, and I pulled the water across my wet cheeks.

I lay floating and tasting and dreaming of pleasures

Of strong hands on my breasts and a body pressed hard against my thighs

I craved a dance through salty phosphorescence and desired the full weight of the waves.

The waves.

The waves to hit hard.

To crash into me.

To hurtle me fast, deep, into the darkest smoothest part of the sea.

The deep.

Where there is no sound.

Where there is no up and there is no down.

Where there is no light.

So, I swam away from the eagle and my stars.

I descended on a whales back.

And I began again.

Cleansed.

And here, here I will remain until I hear the sun’s call.

Until I hear a song with a beat that will permeate all time and space.

It will reach down into the depth of my ocean soul, and it will pluck me like a Sundance hook.

I surrender now, to the sea that is me

The sea in me.

I lay immersed.

I listen for the sun’s song

The singing whale song

The dolphins call

A breath that I know I must take, emerging.

the sea

I love how the sea can take me away

Remind me

Again

Of the miraculous.

Sometimes we need the unabashed reminders

Absolute flow, utter grace

Unabridged perfection

Soul precision.

Take me away, my sea

From preconditions of necessity

My sea,

Take me from

The expectation to acquire

To be

The paradigms.

Here with my sea,

I let my spirit soar

You remind me to breathe.

Take me away

From what burdens my time

My Energy.

Sacred sea

Sacred me

There is opulence but it can teeter

See-saw

Fall, off course

My course is on course

My flow

My sea

washes and renews

There will be no scarcity

I want to give into

My sea

Fall deep into

Only that which

Feeds my heart and holds my hands and charges perfect electric pulse

I see you Sea

I feel you

You are Power.

Here my Sea,

A reminder.

Here, a reminder

to invest in only that which elevates, educates

Reconfigure-eights

Share it

Snare it

Hold it high

Let its freedom dance be your dove that flys

My sea

It’s wings spreading

pushing, pulling, expanding

Strength

The sea the sea are the birds are the energy are me

No more burden.

My drum my drum

So clear in the sun

My Sea.

Mi Mar.

Más tranquilo

Aprendiendo, estudiando

Relajarse y poco a poco estoy entendiendo

Mi Mar.

Lleno de gracias para las aventuras...

Crushing Waves
